Ma cherie, Paris

Paris is one of those cities that either accepts or rejects you. Luckily, Paris embraced me with open arms. Walking all of Paris was one of the most tiring experiences, yet it was so rewarding. We got to see all of Paris from the Notre Dame to the Eiffel Tower, to the Latin Quarter. We visited during Fashion Week, so near the shopping district there were beautifully dressed people in heels and trendy coats. I think I also loved it because of the amount of diversity that I saw. I really felt that it was a truly integrated city. Paris had the best shopping, restaurants, and since I attempted to speak French, the locals were extremely friendly with me. I would love to go back to Paris in a warmer time of the year, however there is nothing in the world like sipping champagne at night under the glow of the Eiffel Tower.
